I’ve seen a lot of editors and creators saying they prefer downloading TikTok videos instead of saving them in the app. Is there a real advantage or is it just habit?

From my experience, it actually makes a big difference once you start using videos for editing or inspiration regularly. I used to just save everything in TikTok, but when I started editing more seriously, it became hard to manage. A friend recommended SnapTik, and I tried it just to see the difference. After that I realized downloading gives you more control — you can organize clips properly, reuse them faster, and not depend on whether they stay available inside the app or not.
