Is that realistic in Thailand, and has anyone done it? I've already got the ring and booked the restaurant, now just need to sort out the flowers.

The key was timing: I messaged the manager beforehand, explained it was a proposal, and we agreed on the exact time and delivery to the restaurant, so the staff could bring it out at the right moment. Worked perfectly, and she said yes. Honest note: 101 roses is heavy and huge, so plan where to put it after the moment. Tip: coordinate with both the florist and the restaurant a day in advance, and confirm timed delivery before placing the order.
